CHEF DE pARTIE YORKSHIRE BUSY RESTAURANT TO £19K



CHEF DE PARTIE wanted for busy brasserie in HALIFAX to join the 2 Michelin Star trained head chef to help produce an inovative new genre of cooking. Namely fast, fine food!!



There are up to 300 covers daily served by a brigade of 6 chefs.



The menu is unashamedly based on classical French cuisine mixed with the best local produce and the most modern of presentation styles.



Ideally the successful CHEF DE PARTIE will have a similar background of large brasserie restaurants but attitude and enthusiasm will make up for it if not.
