Contact Centre Advisor



We are recruiting for one of our clients based in Bingley who urgently require a number of experienced Call Centre Operatives to work within their thriving Contact Centre



Answering a high volume of calls, and inputting all details of customer orders, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure.



Previous experience within a call centre environment or excellent customer service skills teamed with a confident telephone manner are a must together with good team spirit and a keen and eager approach towards the working week.



These roles are temporary and you must be willing to work at short notice and required to work between the hours of 9am and 8pm on a shift basis
