THE ROLE



The key to success is new business sales. You will be adept at identifying prospecting , proposing and closing. You will be responsible for growing your desk with a mixture of business development and effective candidate attraction.



IDEAL CANDIDATE



• Be able to quickly manage a very profitable desk

• Be a strong team player who has pace, confidence and energy

• Sales, service, recruitment and admin will be strong attributes with a proven track record in all.

• Own car driver will be required to visit current and prospective clients
