My client are in the Environmental sector and are looking for telesales staff.
The main purpose of your job will be;
Outbound telesales to new and existing customers to build rapport, discover and close opportunities for short and long term business. Administrative duties, customer letters and quotations when requested.
Duties and Responsibilities Include;
Ringing existing customers for repeat business and seek cross selling opportunities.
Cold & warm calling prospective and lost customers to develop relations and gain short and long term business.
Book appointments for the field sales team.
Raising company profile with customers and prospective customers.
Taking incoming calls and dealing with customer queries as necessary.
Maintaining efficient and accurate sales documentation, updating all relevant databases as set out by specific department and responsibilities.
Supporting and assisting colleagues as required.
Covering other areas of the group as and when required to assist in meeting overall business objectives.
You will have;
IT related skills.
High telephone and customer care manner. Pleasant, positive and open minded when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
A can-do attitude.
Ability to use own initiative and think on feet.
